We are a Physician-based Micropractice
We are board-certified physicians, tied together since medical school, and committed to fostering a lifelong learning in the art of medicine. From the foundation up we are a team of two, pushing up our sleeves and putting our labor of passion as directly and personally as possible into every aspect of our practice; this is designed to honor high quality medical care and to maximize your affordability while keeping our lights on, and reserving room for giving to the community.
Dr. Marshall is our primary care physician also experienced in occupational health.
Dr. Khant is our pediatric physician consultant who is also board-certified in pediatric emergency medicine.
We are a Direct Care Physician Practice
We work hard to offer affordable membership plans and stand-alone services to separate from insurance and volatile healthcare industry costs to our patients. By avoiding insurance-related interference and barriers, we instead allow our direct care to be guided solely by medical expertise and patient needs. This is called a Direct Care Model.

A small panel of patients allows flexible and accessible communication; this means reaching us directly for urgent matters within a reasonable amount of time

For the kiddos we take care of, direct access to a pediatric emergency physician who can guide whether you should make a trip to the emergency department vs take care of the situation at home vs come in and see us?

There are no copays, not even for acute care, no in-house nor virtual visit fees just to see us, no referral fees.

If there are any added costs for special services, testing, or procedures, this is discussed with you ahead of time, as our goal is to coordinate care together as a team.

Optimized Care: sometimes bumps in the road are just going to occur in life, however, we value streamlined efficiency and careful preparation in the effort to help avoid unexpected and frustrating hold-ups on the day of your appointments. Special physical exams, testing, consultations, and occupational service visits are coordinated in advance to help you fully prepare for your appointment, which is designed for a more seamless, informed, and relaxed process on your exam day!
Holistic Approach: rooted in osteopathic principles, our medical care addresses the interconnectedness of body, mind, and spirit, supporting holistic well-being. We aim to build lasting, transformative relationships with our patients and contribute positively to our local and global communities.
These Direct Care Services are Out-of-Network, by Self-Pay Only.
We are insurance-free and so do not participate with, nor bill insurance.
Medicare Eligible or Enrolled Patients
At this time our practice is unfortunately not set up to be able to offer Medicare-covered services to Medicare eligible or enrolled patients, even if self-pay and unfortunately this includes primary care, OMT, and urgent care services. This is due to federal regulations related to requirements for out-of-network physicians. These regulations do allow us to provide some non-covered occupational health services, which you will find a list of on our Special Health & Occupational Services Page
